LetsVoice is a voice-note app for iPhone and Android. Record a thought or a whole meeting. LetsVoice transcribes it and works out whether it is a to-do, a reminder or a plain note, then sets the reminder, adds the calendar event or runs an instruction you saved earlier.
The mobile apps are in review. Create your account now and sign in as soon as they land. Have an AppSumo code? Redeem it here.
Works with the things you already use.
Three steps, and only the first one is your job.
"Remind me to call Sarah at 5 about the launch checklist."
Already past 5? It schedules tomorrow at 5 instead.
Hold the mic and talk. You can also type a note, or photograph a whiteboard or a page and let LetsVoice read it.
The recording is transcribed on our servers using Groq's Whisper model, and the text comes back into your note.
The note is classified as a todo, a reminder or a plain note. Reminders and todos with a time become calendar events; your own actions run on top.
Nothing to file, nothing to tag. Say it and it lands in the right place.
Every note is sorted automatically. "Remind me to call Sarah at 5" becomes a reminder for 5pm, and if it is already past 5, tomorrow at 5.
Connect Google Calendar and timed notes are pushed there as events. On iPhone, events are written to the calendar on the device.
An instruction you write once ("summarise this in five bullets", "draft a reply", "pull out every decision") and then apply to any note with one tap.
Chat with a single note. Ask what you missed, what the next step is, or to rewrite it. The conversation stays attached to that note.
Take a picture of a slide, a receipt or handwriting. LetsVoice reads it and stores the text as a normal, searchable note.
Add the names, products and acronyms that transcription keeps getting wrong, so it stops getting them wrong.
Every note has its own conversation. Ask what you agreed to, or have the note rewritten as an email. The answers stay on the note itself, so there is no separate chat history to search.
Sign upConnecting Google Calendar is optional. Without it, LetsVoice gives you reminders on your phone instead of events in your calendar.

LetsVoice is new. Voice notes, image notes, intent detection, reminders, calendar sync, custom actions and Ask AI all work today. Group workspaces, WhatsApp capture and reminder phone calls are on the roadmap, not in the app.
