This section covers the letsvoice.biz website. We set two cookies, both strictly necessary to sign you in and keep the forms secure. We use no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and no third-party trackers. Because we set nothing optional, there is no consent banner to click through. The mobile app sets no cookies at all. It authenticates with a token stored in your device's secure storage.

1. What a cookie is

A cookie is a small text file a website asks your browser to keep and send back on later visits. It is how a site remembers that you are the same person between one page and the next. Cookies can also be used to follow people between sites for advertising; we do not do that.

2. The cookies we set

Both are what the law calls strictly necessary cookies. Under the UK PECR and the EU ePrivacy Directive, cookies in this category do not require consent, which is why you are not asked to accept anything. If you block them, signing in will not work.

3. What we do not use

• No analytics. No Google Analytics, no Plausible, no Meta pixel, no heatmaps or session recording.
• No advertising or retargeting cookies. We do not build an advertising profile of you and we do not share one with anyone.
• No social media embeds that would set cookies of their own.

If that ever changes, we will update this page and add a proper consent banner before setting anything optional, not after.

4. One third party worth naming

This site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). Google does not set cookies for font requests, but your browser does contact Google's servers, which means your IP address and the page you are on are visible to Google. We mention it because it is a third-party request even though it is not a cookie. Google's handling of that data is covered by their own privacy policy.

5. The mobile app

The LetsVoice iOS and Android apps do not use cookies. They sign in with a token held in your device's own secure storage (Keychain on iOS, Keystore on Android), and it is deleted when you sign out or delete your account. What the app does with your recordings, photos and notes is covered in the Privacy Policy above.

6. Controlling cookies

Every major browser lets you view, block and delete cookies from its settings, usually under Privacy. Blocking ours will not break reading this site, but it will stop you signing in. Deleting them signs you out.

7. Changes

If we change what we set, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will also be announced by email to registered users.
