Terms of Service
Last updated: 11 August 2026
LetsVoice is owned by Alpha AI and operated and managed by Avenux Techspire as a joint initiative. In these Policies, "LetsVoice", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the LetsVoice service and its operation by Alpha AI and Avenux Techspire.
1. The service
LetsVoice is a voice-first productivity and workflow automation platform.
Depending on the functionality available to your account, LetsVoice may allow you to:
- capture voice recordings;
- transcribe spoken information;
- organize notes;
- generate summaries;
- identify tasks and reminders;
- interact with AI-powered functionality;
- connect supported services; and
- initiate workflows and actions.
LetsVoice is owned by Alpha AI and operated and managed by Avenux Techspire as a joint initiative.
Features may be introduced, modified, restricted or discontinued as the product develops.
2. Your account
You are responsible for:
- providing accurate account information;
- maintaining the security of your account and credentials; and
- activity performed through your account.
If you believe your account has been compromised, contact connect@letsvoice.biz.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of recordings, images, notes and other content you provide to LetsVoice.
You grant LetsVoice the limited rights required to process that content in order to provide functionality requested by you.
This may include the ability to:
- store your content;
- process it;
- generate requested outputs;
- perform actions you initiate;
- interact with connected services; and
- display resulting information to you.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload, record and process content that you provide.
Where consent is required before recording another person, obtaining that consent is your responsibility.
4. AI-generated output
Some LetsVoice functionality uses artificial intelligence.
AI-generated transcripts, classifications, summaries, answers, suggestions and other outputs may contain errors, omissions or inaccuracies.
You remain responsible for reviewing information before relying on it for important decisions or actions.
LetsVoice does not guarantee that AI-generated information will always be complete, accurate or appropriate for a particular purpose.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use LetsVoice to:
- violate applicable law;
- unlawfully record another person;
- process content you do not have the right to use;
- distribute malicious software;
- compromise or interfere with the service;
- intentionally overload or disrupt the platform;
- bypass security, quota or access restrictions;
- manipulate the service to obtain usage materially beyond the intended limits of your plan;
- improperly reverse-engineer protected elements of the service; or
- resell access unless expressly permitted.
We may restrict, throttle, suspend or terminate access where use violates these Terms or threatens the availability, security or reasonable operation of the service.
6. Free plan usage
Users of the free version of LetsVoice receive access subject to a shared daily usage quota.
This means free usage is provided from capacity allocated across free users rather than as individually guaranteed processing capacity.
Availability may therefore vary based on overall usage and system demand.
Daily usage limits may reset periodically and may vary as LetsVoice develops, introduces new functionality or adjusts available capacity.
Unused free quota does not accumulate or carry forward unless explicitly stated otherwise.
LetsVoice does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of free processing capacity.
7. Paid plans
Paid plans may provide different features, usage allowances, capacity or other benefits.
The applicable features and limits are those displayed for the relevant plan at the time of purchase, subject to these Terms.
8. Lifetime users
Users with a valid LetsVoice lifetime plan receive an independent usage quota allocated to their account rather than relying on the shared daily quota available to free users.
A lifetime plan does not provide unlimited or unrestricted use unless explicitly stated.
Usage remains subject to:
- reasonable platform limits;
- available functionality;
- system capacity;
- technical restrictions; and
- our acceptable-use requirements.
Abuse and excessive usage
Lifetime access is intended for normal use of LetsVoice by the account holder.
Usage patterns that materially abuse, automate against, overload, circumvent or negatively affect the service may be throttled or temporarily restricted.
This includes attempts to:
- bypass applicable usage limits;
- run unauthorized automated or bulk workloads;
- share an account in a manner designed to multiply usage;
- exploit technical defects to obtain unintended capacity; or
- generate activity that materially degrades service availability for other users.
Where reasonably possible, throttling will be used before account suspension where the issue relates primarily to excessive consumption rather than malicious activity.
A lifetime purchase does not entitle a user to unlimited computational resources.
9. Lifetime access
Where an offer is described as "lifetime", it means access for the lifetime of the applicable LetsVoice product or offering.
It does not refer to the lifetime of an individual user and does not guarantee that every current or future feature will be included indefinitely.
Features, usage limits and technical implementation may evolve as the service develops.
10. Marketplace purchases
Purchases or redemption codes obtained through third-party marketplaces may also be subject to the conditions attached to that marketplace offer.
Codes may only be redeemed in accordance with the terms under which they were issued.
11. Bring Your Own API Key
Where supported, LetsVoice may allow you to connect credentials for compatible external services.
Requests made using your own credentials may be subject to the external provider's:
- pricing;
- usage limits;
- service availability;
- policies; and
- terms.
You are responsible for charges incurred through credentials you provide.
12. Third-party integrations
LetsVoice may connect to third-party services when you enable an integration or request an action that requires one.
For example, supported integrations may include Google or Apple services.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms, policies and availability.
LetsVoice cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party services.
13. Service availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Functionality may temporarily become unavailable because of:
- maintenance;
- infrastructure changes;
- system demand;
- security requirements;
- integration availability; or
- other operational requirements.
We may modify, replace or discontinue functionality as LetsVoice evolves.
14. Ending your use of LetsVoice
You may stop using LetsVoice at any time.
You may delete your account using the available account controls.
We may restrict, suspend or terminate access where an account materially violates these Terms or where action is reasonably necessary to protect the service or its users.
Information associated with deleted accounts is handled according to the Privacy Policy above.
15. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, LetsVoice is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Alpha AI and Avenux Techspire do not guarantee that the service, integrations or AI-generated outputs will always be error-free, uninterrupted or suitable for every purpose.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Alpha AI and Avenux Techspire will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost opportunities or losses resulting from reliance on AI-generated outputs.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
Where liability cannot otherwise be excluded, aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount paid directly for LetsVoice during the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as LetsVoice evolves.
The current version will be published on this page together with its latest update date.
Continued use of LetsVoice after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
