  • Information you submit to LetsVoice may be processed to provide the features you request.
  • Your notes and associated content are retained while they remain in your account.
  • You can delete individual notes or delete your account.
  • When your content or account is deleted, the associated personally identifiable information and user content are removed in accordance with our deletion processes.
  • We do not sell your personal information.
  • We do not use your notes for advertising.
  • We do not use the content of your notes to train our own AI models.
  • Information is shared with external services only where required to provide functionality you have requested or enabled.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use LetsVoice, we may collect:

Identifiers supplied through supported authentication services such as Google or Apple when you choose to use those services to sign in.

Voice recordings created or uploaded through LetsVoice.

Images you upload or capture when using features that require image input.

Questions, instructions, responses and other interactions created while using AI-powered features.

Workflows and custom actions

Instructions, configurations, workflows and related information required to perform actions that you request.

Connected-service information

Information required to provide integrations that you explicitly enable, such as Google Calendar.

API credentials

Where LetsVoice allows you to connect your own supported service or API credentials, those credentials may be securely stored and used to perform requests on your behalf.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • create and authenticate your account;
  • provide voice transcription and related processing;
  • process images where requested;
  • generate summaries, notes, tasks and reminders;
  • provide AI-powered features;
  • execute workflows and actions requested by you;
  • operate integrations you choose to connect;
  • maintain your notes and account preferences;
  • maintain the security and reliability of LetsVoice; and
  • provide, maintain and improve the service.

4. Processing your content

LetsVoice may process information that you submit in order to provide the functionality you request.

Depending on the feature being used, this may include:

  • voice recordings;
  • transcripts;
  • note content;
  • images;
  • instructions;
  • questions;
  • workflow information; and
  • related contextual information.

Some processing may occur through infrastructure and technology services used by LetsVoice to provide its functionality.

We do not sell this content, use it for advertising, or use the content of your notes to train our own AI models.

5. Google services

Connecting Google services is optional.

If you choose to connect a Google service, LetsVoice may receive and process the information required to provide the integration you requested.

For example, connecting Google Calendar may allow LetsVoice to create, modify or manage calendar events in response to actions you initiate.

Authorization credentials required for supported Google integrations are stored securely.

You can disconnect an integration through LetsVoice where that functionality is available or revoke access through your Google account.

Your use of Google services remains subject to Google's applicable terms and privacy policies.

6. Apple services

LetsVoice may support Apple services or device-level functionality where available.

For example, Apple may be used for authentication or for functionality provided directly through supported Apple devices and operating-system services.

Information processed directly through Apple services remains subject to Apple's applicable terms and privacy policies.

Where an action is handled entirely through a device-level Apple integration, the relevant information may remain on your device rather than being processed through LetsVoice servers.

7. Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide LetsVoice and maintain your account.

Notes, transcripts, recordings, images, workflows and related information may remain associated with your account until you delete the relevant content or delete your account.

When you delete content, the associated user content is removed through our deletion processes.

When you delete your account, personally identifiable information and user-generated content associated with that account are removed in accordance with our deletion processes.

Information may remain temporarily in secure backups until those backups are overwritten or expire as part of routine backup management.

8. Deleting your data

You can delete individual content through LetsVoice where deletion controls are available.

You can also delete your account through the available account settings.

Deleting your account initiates removal of the personally identifiable information and user content associated with the account, subject to temporary backup retention as described above.

If you cannot access your account, contact connect@letsvoice.biz from the email address associated with your account.

9. Information we share

We may disclose information where necessary to:

  • provide functionality you have explicitly requested;
  • operate integrations you have chosen to enable;
  • process transactions;
  • maintain and secure the service; or
  • comply with applicable law or valid legal requirements.

Where you connect Google or Apple services, information may be exchanged with those services as required to perform the requested functionality.

We do not sell your personal information.

We do not share your information with advertisers.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect information processed by LetsVoice.

These may include measures such as:

  • encrypted network communication;
  • protected authentication credentials;
  • secure handling of integration credentials; and
  • access controls designed to restrict unauthorized access.

No online system can guarantee absolute security.

11. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights concerning your personal information, including the ability to:

  • access your information;
  • correct inaccurate information;
  • request deletion; or
  • request a copy of certain information.

Many account and deletion controls are available directly within LetsVoice.

For other requests, contact connect@letsvoice.biz.

12. Children

LetsVoice is not intended for children under 13.

If we become aware that an account has been created by a child under the applicable minimum age without appropriate authorization, we may remove the account and associated information.

13. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as LetsVoice, its functionality or applicable requirements evolve.
